The BRILGRILL Brilhome by Chogan is an alkaline degreasing detergent formulated for removing greasy and charred cooking residues from ovens, extractor hoods, grills, hotplates, spit roasters, etc.. Its concentrated formula makes it effective on the most stubborn dirt, even while it is cold. The product is designed to be used wherever food is cooked, processed and packaged. Its special formula performs a penetrating action, softening carbon residues and stubborn grease very quickly and effectively. The product complies with current hygiene and health regulations (H.A.C.C.P. self-control system).

HOW TO USE :
Brilgrill can be diluted in water depending on the use and the amount of dirt to be removed. Ovens: Heat oven to 90°C and turn off, spray the interior, close the door and leave on for 10 minutes. Wipe down with an abrasive cloth and rinse with water using a spongeor cloth. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before using it again. Grill : Spray the grill, leave on for 10 minutes, wipe down with an abrasive cloth and rinse. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes before use. Deep fryer : turn off the fryer, remove sticky oil and food residues. Spray the product and leave on for 10 minutes. Wipe clean, rinse with water and dry.
