Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours following payment confirmation. Depending on stock availability and your location, our products are shipped directly from our logistics centers located in France, Italy, or Switzerland.
As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to you so you can monitor its delivery in real time.

Customs & Taxes
No customs duties or extra fees apply for the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The amount paid at checkout is the final price.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders over €35 for all listed destinations.
For orders under €35, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 is applied per order.
Minimum order amount is €18. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout before order confirmation.
RETURNS
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, without having to provide a reason.
Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original condition.
